It touched the very soul of my skinny, teenage, pimple faced being. I could not believe how this man knew so much about how I felt and I wanted to read everything that he wrote. This book started it all and I never realized how much it affected me until I had read that he passed away on January 27, 2010. I owe my love of books to him.

The second book that changed everything didn't start something but ended my need to search for spiritual or philosophical answers. Once I read this book I was like Forrest Gump stopping in the middle of a desert highway realizing that I was done running or in my case searching. The book was Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" This one book says it all for me. I am content to sit still and wait for it all to be revealed in it's own time.

These are the two book that changed everything for me
